Day 3. Almost Too Much For One Day.

Just finally settling down to write this after an unbelievably long day in the Magic Kingdom. We got a shocking amount of stuff done today from rides to meeting princesses to sitting down for a proper dinner.

It would probably be easier to list the things we didn't do, but not as interesting, so here, in counter-clockwise rather than chronological order*, is our day:

Monsters, Inc. Laugh Floor - Beatrix was not impressed, mainly because she didn't get most of the jokes. Erin did get a joke she sent in via text read during the show:

Did you hear about the circus fire? It was in-tents.

Get it? Yeah. It's not great.

Buzz Lightyear's Space Ranger Spin - I won.

Tomorrowland Transit Authority PeopleMover - One of my favorite rides. Beatrix liked it except when it went through Space Mountain. Too dark in there for her.

Tomorrowland Speedway - I let Beatrix steer. It's a good thing there are guide rails and bumpers...

Mad Tea Party - Beatix liked it but for Erin and me the Magic Kingdom kept spinning for a good five minutes after the ride.

The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh - Good ride. Beatrix approved.

Dumbo the Flying Elephant - Turns out that Beatrix loves the fly-up-in-the-air-and-go-around-in-a-circle rides.

Peter Pan's Flight - Did FastPass for it since its almost always at least an hour wait. Makes me want to run up and down the line yelling at people that it's just not worth the wait.

It's a Small World - Again.

Country Bear Jamboree - One of my All-Time favorites from when I was a kid. Beatrix loved Trixie, of course, but I've always been partial to Big Al. For my money there's nothing better than when he sings Blood on the Saddle.

Frontierland Shootin' Gallery - I dropped $3 in about five minutes. Worth every penny.

Pirates of the Caribbean - Just me by myself. Twice.

Swiss Family Treehouse - Just Erin and Beatrix. I was riding Pirates.

Magic Carpets of Aladdin - Just Erin and Beatrix. I was riding Pirates.

Jungle Cruise - Such a great ride. I don't understand why anyone would wait an hour for Peter Pan when you could ride Jungle Cruise two or three times in that amount of time. Idiots.

The Enchanted Tiki Room - They've reverted it back to the original format from when the park opened. Still not enchanting.

As if that wasn't enough to do in one day, we also met Rapunzel, Merida (the new princess from Brave), Tinker Bell, and Buzz Lightyear. Well, Erin met Buzz. Beatrix chickened out and Erin got her picture with him instead.

We wrapped up the day by watching the Main Street Electrical Parade. Beatrix flipped out. She loved it so much she waved to every float and shouted, 'Hello [character name]!!' at every single character.

Tomorrow we start on Epcot. I think we'll not try quite so hard as today though.

*Because it's after midnight, I'm exhausted, and I just can't remember the order... Plus I'm using the guide map to help me...
