Before I get to the good stuff – the belly flop contest – here are a bunch of random pics from throughout the week.
Me and Beatrix (and Mallory) in the Central Park area of the ship.
Randy and Libby got really close during the week.
I think this is apple juice...
My brother and me.
No. We did not plan our outfits.
Got this sweet pano of St. Martin with my iPhone. It's currently my desktop wallpaper. Click to enlarginate it.
Beatrix spent some time in the Adventure Ocean kids program. Most of the time she wanted to be with us, though.
I took a lot of pics of Libby trying to get a photo that would be embarassing. She was better at the game than me.
It took us until the second-to-last night to get down to the jazz lounge. I wish we had gone earlier because it was by far the best music on the ship.
Ok. Here it is. What you have been waiting for...
The Men's International Belly Flop Competition.
This is the first time I've been to the belly flop contest on a cruise because this is the first time I've had a family member competing. Big Dave made us proud...
Unfortunately Dave had no chance against the 460+ pound Baby Face...
Finally, here are some photos I got of people at dinner on the last evening.
Here's our waiter Shasi with Erin and Beatrix. He was a phenomenal waiter. Easily the best we've had on a cruise. He'll probably be moving up the ranks soon.
We had an excellent time on this cruise. The Oasis of the Seas is an amazing vessel with tons of stuff to do and see. Beatrix had a great time as well.
Now we're gonna start planning our next trip...
Thank you, Oasis.
