Beatrix and I went to the Science Museum of Virginia today. They have a dinosaur exhibit that we both wanted to see.
Before we went to the dinosaur exhibit we went through the permanent exhibits...
The dinosaur exhibit — appropriately named "Dinosaur" — was pretty cool but it was not very big. We liked it but I'm glad we didn't have to pay extra for it.
The life-sized triceratops was pretty cool. He was automated and we got to see him — Or her? I didn't look under its kilt — munching leaves and heard him roaring.
Beatrix and I enjoyed going to the local science museum but I think she would really like to visit the Smithsonian sometime for a better museum experience.
At least we got some astronaut ice cream out of it.
